Monitor plan performance, utilization, and cost trends; recommend improvements based on data and market benchmarks.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, IRS/CRA requirements, and applicable provincial regulations). Maintain plan documentation, policies, and audit readiness. Monitor legislative changes and assess impact on benefits programs.

Employee Experience & Communication

Develop and deliver clear, effective benefits communications and education materials. Support open enrollment and ongoing employee engagement initiatives. Partner with HR teams to ensure consistent messaging, especially during acquisitions and organizational changes.
