Position: Full-Time Labour Relations Officer AJC

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert labour relations advice to members

• Advocate for members in grievances and disciplinary meetings

• Conduct research and draft relevant documents

• Interpret and analyze employer directives and agreements

• Attend necessary meetings with employer representatives

Requirements:

• At least three years of related experience required

• Bilingual in English and French essential

• Degree in Industrial Relations or Law preferred

• Strong advocacy and conflict resolution skills needed

• Knowledge of employment equity and labour laws important
