As an HR Administrator, you will be at the heart of R 's people operations. This role encompasses essential tasks such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee communication, with a strong focus on continuous improvement. You’ll work within a tight-knit HR team, ensuring operational excellence as the company grows. Your contributions will support a collaborative work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the onboarding and off-boarding of employees
• Support HRIS operations and maintain employee records
• Oversee benefits administration and employee inquiries
• Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment processes
• Manage HR communications and assist teams as needed
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in HR or related roles
• Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Proven communication skills across all team levels
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in busy settings
• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant experience
