This full-time position within the Total Rewards & Wellness team involves collaboration with HR and senior leadership for seamless end-to-end reward processes. You'll manage annual salary planning, conduct benchmarking, and analyze compensation to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate resources and timelines for salary planning
• Oversee annual salary surveys for competitiveness
• Assist in developing job evaluation frameworks
• Act as a super user for HR information systems
• Monitor rewards program applications and provide insights
Requirements:
• Educational background in Human Resources or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in HR and compensation management
• Strong grasp of compensation principles and HR practices
• Proficiency in salary planning technologies is advantageous
• Bilingual in French and English is required
