As an HR Coordinator at AMBICO, you will work under the Director of Human Resources to assist with various administrative and operational support tasks. Your work will include supporting recruitment efforts, managing onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate records for both union and non-union teams. You will also play a key role in promoting employee engagement and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment processes for various positions

• Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires

• Maintain confidential employee documentation

• Assist with payroll and compliance tasks

• Support training initiatives and resources development

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or related area

• Experience in HR or related field is beneficial

• Knowledge of HR systems and Ontario laws

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience in unionized environments preferred
