Key Responsibilities:

• Implement effective applicant sourcing strategies

• Partner with leadership for recruitment alignment

• Conduct screenings and interviews of candidates

• Organize job fairs and recruitment events

• Utilize HR software and tracking systems effectively

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in Recruitment or HR roles

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems essential

• Bachelor’s degree or related diploma preferred

• Ability to obtain a Cat 2 license

• Previous hospitality experience is a strong asset
