We are looking for two Experienced Hire Recruiters to support our Consulting/Assurance service line. Working with the Talent Team, you’ll help develop and execute our people strategy, implementing initiatives in performance management, leadership development, learning, training tools, compensation, recruiting, new joiner orientation, reporting processes and more.
YourKey Responsibilities
As an Experienced Hire Recruiter, you will independently drive the planning, coordination and delivery of recruitment for a specific business area or sub‑service area. Partners, Directors and Senior Managers will rely on you for best practice, market knowledge and talent sourcing. You will also serve as an ambassador embodying EY’s culture and reputation.
Skills and Attributes for Success- Deliver recruitment plans based on an understanding of methods and concepts.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, focusing on diversity initiatives and creative techniques.
- Apply assessment methods to ensure candidates meet technical requirements and fit EY culture.
- Understand the business, external market and trends that impact the practice, mapping relevant skill sets and maintaining a pipeline of ready candidates.
- Use EY recruitment tools, processes and branding during the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the practice and Canada People Team, providing business judgment and outstanding communication to support hiring decisions.
- Over 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in professional services, financial institutions or technology firms.
- Proven track record of executing volume recruitment and recruiting candidates from a variety of sources (headhunting, job boards, Linked In, etc.).
- Ability to manage full account responsibilities quickly.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment policies, processes, protocols and a broad understanding of service lines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
- CHRP or related designation desirable, with exposure to professional services.
- French is considered an asset.

- Salary ranges in accordance with provincial pay transparency legislation:
- Toronto: $65,600 to $98,400
- London/Waterloo/Ottawa: $65,600 to $98,400
- Vancouver: $65,600 to $98,400
- Victoria: $65,600 to $98,400
