Senior Associate, Workforce Transformation. PwC provides services related to human resources, talent management, and organisational development, helping clients optimise their workforce and drive organisational effectiveness.
As a Senior Associate, Workforce Transformation, you will support end-to-end organisation and talent transformation initiatives, applying organisational and workforce consulting solutions across topics such as workforce strategy, talent development, rewards, and organisational design to improve employee experience and effectiveness.
Responsibilities- Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of client engagements.
- Work with PwC and client teams on engagements from strategy through implementation.
- Participate in client engagements with PwC teams and client teams.
- Help manage client engagement economics and delivery excellence.
- Contribute to business development activities to identify opportunities with new or existing clients in collaboration with account leads.
- Contribute to the development of technical acumen locally, nationally, and globally as part of the network.
- Stay up to date with developments in your areas of expertise and the industries you serve; contribute to thought leadership.
- Develop internal relationships and the PwC brand.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with successful delivery in one or more areas: client change engagements; development and/or implementation of operating models; assessing impact of change and developing strategies to increase readiness and shorten implementation; stakeholder engagement and communications; assisting or leading in proposals and presentations to support sales; experience with facilitation, design thinking, and co-creation.
- Self-motivated with a passion for client work and teamwork.
- Able to multi-task and manage ambiguity at client sites.
- Willing to learn, adopt, and lead new ways of doing things (e.g., personas, journey mapping, gamification).

The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. Base salary is determined by skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. Eligible employees may participate in variable incentive pay programs. PwC provides a comprehensive total rewards package in alignment with pay transparency legislation.
