As a key member of the People and Culture team, you will help implement HR programs that enhance the employee experience. This role also involves handling administrative support across various HR functions in a collaborative environment focused on inclusivity and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the recruitment process from job postings to candidate offers
• Coordinate onboarding and training logistics for new hires
• Manage offboarding documentation and access procedures
• Oversee benefits administration and resolve inquiries
• Facilitate performance review processes and maintain data
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resources or relevant field
• 2 years of experience in HR-related roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
