Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment for intern and co-op positions across Canada and the US

• Report on key performance metrics in recruiting

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of recruiting experience

• Background in early career roles recruitment

• Familiarity with relevant Applicant Tracking Systems

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Experience in hiring across Canadian and US markets
