Position: Senior Benefits Specialist Contract with TYLin
Drive benefits program success at TYLin as a Senior Benefits Specialist on a contract basis. Focus on North American strategy, integration, and regulatory compliance for employee programs.

This role is a unique 12-month contract requiring expertise in employee benefits across the U.S. and Canada. The selected candidate will navigate the complexities of compliance, oversee M&A integration processes, and collaborate with HR to optimize benefits offerings for diverse teams. You will contribute to the strategic direction of benefits administration while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage employee benefits across North America

• Ensure adherence to U.S. and Canadian benefits legislation

• Oversee vendor relationships and lead contract negotiations

• Create educational materials for open enrollment and communication

• Analyze costs, performance, and market trends for improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 3+ years of benefits experience in North America

• In-depth knowledge of regional regulations

• Proven track record in M&A benefits integration

• Strong communication and project management skills
