Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Canadian and US hiring standards
• Track metrics such as time-to-fill and conversion rates
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of recruitment experience in-house or agency
• Experience in early careers recruiting
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with relevant Applicant Tracking Systems
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions effectively
