This position supports the Total Rewards team by ensuring accurate HRIS data, enhancing learning systems, and managing employee benefits. Work closely with various departments to optimize HR practices that benefit the northern communities Canadian North serves.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure HRIS data integrity and user access control
• Troubleshoot and improve system performance regularly
• Support the implementation of learning management activities
• Manage the coordination of employee benefits and inquiries
• Assist with additional HR projects and maintain documentation
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education with an HR diploma
• Minimum 2 years in HRIS or benefits administration
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as UKG
• Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills
