Help shape the future of employee benefits as a Benefits Strategy Lead with TYLin. This full-time, contract position focuses on program design and administration for North America, emphasizing compliance and employee experience.
As a key player in the benefits strategy, you will implement and manage health, retirement, and wellness programs while ensuring compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations. You'll need a strong background in benefits, exceptional communication skills, and experience in project management during acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and administer competitive benefits across North America
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and audits
• Communicate benefits effectively to engage the workforce
• Work closely with vendors and manage performance
• Monitor and analyze program effectiveness and trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years in benefits or total rewards management
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. and Canadian benefits laws
• Experience with M&A and vendor management processes
• Strong analytical, financial, and project management skills
