Reporting to the VP-Human Resources, you will serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies and labor relations.

Your role will include developing talent management strategies, managing union relationships, and advising on compliance matters. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in HR advisory roles within unionized settings, focusing on driving change and ensuring employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR expertise and subject matter advice

• Collaborate on strategies for talent retention

• Manage and interpret collective agreements

• Support grievance handling and performance management

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of HR/LR advisory experience

• Proven track record in unionized settings

• In-depth knowledge of HR regulations

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms

• Bilingual candidates preferred
