Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement compensation policies and programs

• Conduct comprehensive market studies and salary reviews

• Consult with employees and leadership on compensation topics

• Drive engagement and trust through effective communication

• Contribute insights to the Total Rewards strategy

Requirements:

• 5+ years of compensation experience

• Strong background in executive compensation and incentive plans

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven time management and project coordination history

• Knowledge of Total Rewards strategy integration
