We are in search of a detail-oriented Junior Recruiter/HR Administrator who is eager to contribute to our hiring processes at Tomlinson Group. In this position, you'll engage in diverse HR activities, including posting job ads and conducting candidate screenings.

Your role will be instrumental in ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create job postings to attract qualified candidates

• Assess resumes to identify the best applicants

• Coordinate interviews with hiring team members

• Maintain communication and provide updates to candidates

• Administer onboarding requirements and paperwork

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

• 2+ years experience in recruitment or administrative roles

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with ATS and recruitment software is a plus

• Enthusiasm for the construction and environmental sectors is valued
