As the HR Business Partner, you will report to the Head of Human Resources and act as the primary contact for employee queries. Required skills for this hybrid role include employee relations, compensation management, and recruitment support. Your insights will influence employee interactions, management coaching, and performance evaluation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as main HR contact for assigned business units
• Support management on HR-related issues and employee counseling
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in Paycom
• Educate employees on leave policies and compliance
• Manage the administration of employee benefits programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Five years of HR experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with HRIS systems;
Paylocity preferred
• Ability to travel to all NSCH sites as needed
