We are seeking a Recruiter to join a collaborative People & Culture team within a national, mission-driven healthcare organization. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment across a broad portfolio of corporate and professional positions while helping shape an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
Working alongside a team of high-performing HR professionals, you will build trusted relationships with hiring managers, provide strategic recruitment advice, and leverage proactive sourcing strategies to identify specialized talent. - Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles, from co‑op students through to director‑level positions.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing guidance and confidently advising on recruitment best practices.
- Proactively source niche talent using a variety of channels to build robust candidate pipelines.
- Manage multiple requisitions while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and timely hiring outcomes.
- Coordinate offers, references, background checks, and recruitment administration while maintaining compliance with HR policies.
- Contribute ideas that enhance recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes across the organization.
- 3+ years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume environment.
- Experience managing approximately 20 to 40 concurrent requisitions across a variety of professional or corporate roles.
- Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to identify specialized and hard-to-find talent.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, educate, and build credibility with hiring managers.
- Experience recruiting within healthcare, public sector, nonprofit, municipal, or similarly complex organizations is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms.
- CHRP or CHRL designation is an asset.
