The Ottawa Catholic School Board seeks a qualified Administrative Assistant dedicated to supporting Human Resources initiatives. The ideal candidate will have five years of administrative experience and be adept at using Google Suite. You'll ensure efficient operations by managing calendars, organizing confidential records, and participating in HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings
• Assist with compliance and record management
• Prepare reports for Human Resources
• Support HR projects and assist in events
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field
• 5 years of administrative experience required
• Proficient in Google Suite tools
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders
