In this role, part of the dynamic People & Culture Operations team, you'll provide consultation services to TELUS team members and retirees in both French and English. From handling general inquiries about HR policies to offering support on payroll and benefits, you'll be at the forefront of fostering a supportive workplace. Your ability to develop rapport and advocate for team members will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming queries via phone, chat, or email
• Drive resolution through effective communication strategies
• Identify root causes of inquiries and provide timely updates
• Build relationships with team member stakeholders
• Promote continuous improvement in HR processes
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with HR business processes and customer service
• Experience in a customer-focused environment
• Relevant post-secondary degree or diploma
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills
