About the Role
We are a boutique recruitment and HR consulting firm looking for an experienced recruiter to join our remote team and support clients across all tech hiring needs.
Responsibilities- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment terms.
- Manage the candidate database via our ATS.
- Grow the client base by proactively reaching out to potential clients and conducting sales meetings.
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience working in a recruitment agency.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce results in a rapid-paced environment.
- Experience with various recruitment tools.
- Understanding of technical and non‑technical requirements.
- Superior interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
