As a workforce consultant at PwC, you will provide clients with comprehensive support and drive end-to-end organisation and talent transformation initiatives to support the overall strategy of the organisation, applying a breadth of understanding of organisational and workforce consulting solutions across topics such as workforce strategy, talent development, rewards, organisational design to improve employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

  • Proactivelyassistin the management of a portfolio of client engagements;

  • Work with our PwC and client teams on client engagements from strategy through toimplementation;

  • Be a part of client engagements with PwC teams as well as clientteams;

  • Help manage your client engagement economics and deliveryexcellence;

  • Be actively involved in a wide range of business development activities to helpidentifyopportunitieswith new/existing clients in collaboration with account leads

  • Contribute to the development of your own and the team’s technical acumen locally,nationallyand globally as part of our network;

  • Keep up to date with developments in your areas of expertise and the industries you serve, contributing to thought leadership; and

  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.

    Here'swhat we look for:

  • 3 to 5years of experience, and successful delivery in one or more of the following areas:
    Client change engagements;
    Development and/or implementation of operating models;
    Assessing the impact of change and developing and/or implementing change strategies to increase readiness, shorten implementation and achieve results;
    Stakeholder engagement and communications using a range of techniques and media;
    Assisting or leading in preparing proposals and related presentations to support sales efforts; and Experience with facilitation, design thinking and co-creation internally or with clients.

  • Self motivatedwith a passion for client work andteam work;

  • Able to multi-task and manage ambiguity as you navigate change at the clientsite;

  • Will to learn, adopt and lead new ways of doing things (think personas, journey mapping, gamificationetc);

  • Collaborative, curious,life longlearner and high energy;

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives

    The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
