Location: Hawkesbury
Contribute to building a talented workforce as a Recruitment Specialist with in Hawkesbury, Ontario. This full-time role is focused on talent acquisition and engagement.
As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in creating job postings, conducting initial applicant screenings, and managing interview schedules. Proficiency in English and a basic knowledge of French will enhance your ability to identify and connect with potential candidates. You will also be tasked with optimizing recruitment practices and assessing candidate performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and post job descriptions across platforms
• Conduct screenings and manage interviews of candidates
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
• Assist with KPI report generation and data analysis
• Suggest improvements in HR processes and systems
Requirements:
• Background in recruitment or related fields
• Excellent command of English; basic French preferable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work remotely and on-site when needed
• Passion for finding the right talent
