SSP Canada is looking for a bilingual (English/French) candidate for this key position. The Finance & HR Administrative Specialist will support both financial and human resources functions within a bustling airport environment. This role collaborates closely with the Director of Operations, Regional Controller, and Corporate HR leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Cash Room activities
• Manage accurate onboarding and offboarding for new hires
• Track training compliance and coordinate hiring events
• Ensure timely financial reporting and cash management
• Maintain uniform and parking inventory for staff
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Accounting or HR preferred
• At least 2 years of HR and finance experience
• Bilingual in English and French
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to obtain Transport Canada Security Clearance
