Position: Junior HR Generalist at Solace

Solace is looking for a recent graduate to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month contract. Working closely with experienced HR professionals, you will manage offer letters, background checks, and new hire documentation. Your enthusiasm for people and strong organizational skills will contribute to our engaging workplace culture and support various HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and send offer letters and employment agreements

• Manage end-to-end background check processes

• Maintain accurate BambooHR records for new hires

• Support co-op recruitment cycles and student onboarding

• Contribute to HR projects and diversity initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Willingness to learn new HR tools and technologies

• High degree of professionalism in handling confidential information

• Comfort with Microsoft 365 tools and AI technologies
