Embark on your HR journey with Solace as a Junior HR Generalist in Kanata, Ontario. This 12-month hybrid position suits enthusiastic graduates ready to gain hands-on experience in the tech sector.
Working with the People & Culture team at Solace, you’ll support various HR activities, including onboarding and documentation.
Your role involves preparing offer letters, managing background checks, and maintaining detailed HR records. You’ll also engage in recruitment efforts for student programs and participate in diverse HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Issue offer letters and manage new hire documentation
• Conduct and manage candidate background checks
• Maintain detailed records in BambooHR systems
• Assist with student recruitment and onboarding processes
• Collaborate on DEI initiatives and HR projects
Requirements:
• HR or Business Administration degree (recent graduate)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
• Willingness to learn and grow in HR
• Insightful approach towards enhancing candidate experiences
