Key Responsibilities:

• Design innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent

• Review resumes and assess candidates for job alignment

• Conduct interviews and skill assessments for candidates

• Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers

• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
