Talent Acquisition Specialist at NAC

The National Arts Centre (NAC) seeks a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment processes from intake to onboarding. In this role, you’ll leverage your organizational skills and attention to detail to handle 10 to 20 concurrent requisitions. You will collaborate with hiring managers and apply People & Culture policies to foster inclusive hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across business functions
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements
• Coordinate structured interviews and assessments
• Maintain updated recruitment records in the ATS
• Deliver a responsive candidate experience through clear communication
Requirements:
• College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• Minimum of three years in full-cycle recruitment
• Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
