The AMS is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to manage recruitment support and coordinate events for the HR Office. Reporting to the HR Officer, your role will involve ensuring compliance with hiring policies and fostering a positive atmosphere for staff and volunteers. Strong planning and adaptability will be key to succeeding in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in organizing hiring and appreciation events
• Help manage inquiries from job candidates
• Attend training to understand departmental operations
• Facilitate communication between staff and HR
• Ensure First Year Intern Council meets development goals
Requirements:
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy work environment
• Knowledge of AMS policies and guidelines
• Compliance with ethical standards and procedures
• Active participation in departmental meetings
