Role Overview
This is a full time on-site role for a Recruitment Coordinator, located in Vaughan, ON. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day recruitment activities including sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.
Eventually the role will involve working on HR administrative and payroll functions as well. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication ability
- 6 months experience in recruitment preferably within the staffing industry and/or transportation/logistics industry
- Ability to work in rapid-paced setting
- Experience in Hiring and Interviewing
- Customer Service skills
- Ability to work on-site in Vaughan, ON
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Experience in the transportation or staffing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
