In this key role within Zurich Canada’s Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence, you will lead executive recruitment efforts, develop talent pipelines, and deliver market insights. Partnering with executive leaders, you'll support strategic hiring decisions while enhancing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment for executive and senior leadership roles

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in recruiting
• Success in sourcing executive-level talent
• Advanced sourcing expertise in AI-enabled tools
• Strong analytical and relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence hiring strategies effectively
