As part of Cyber Experts, you will support government recruitment for the Government of Canada. This role emphasizes sourcing candidates for various positions, conducting thorough interviews, and enhancing candidate applications. Additionally, you’ll coordinate with relevant authorities for security clearance and manage candidate profiles in the Applicant Tracking System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source quality candidates for various roles

• Conduct high-quality phone and in-person interviews

• Prepare candidate applications and relevant documentation

• Schedule interviews and coach candidates for success

• Maintain accurate notes in the Applicant Tracking System

Requirements:

• Experience recruiting for Federal Government roles

• Proven ability to connect with motivated candidates

• Strong initiative to meet recruitment metrics

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

• Ideally, 3 months to 1 year of relevant experience
