As a Benefits Manager, your expertise will influence the design and oversight of all employee benefits programs for TYLin in the U.S. and Canada. With over 15 years in benefits management, you will ensure programs reflect industry standards while engaging with HR to support a diverse workforce. Your input will be critical during both everyday operations and organizational changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage North American benefits programs
• Maintain compliance with U.S. and Canadian health laws
• Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations
• Communicate benefits programs effectively to employees
• Monitor performance and suggest enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar
• 15+ years of benefits experience in North America
• Deep knowledge of compliance practices
• Strong project management experience
• Proven ability to conduct benefits due diligence
