You will oversee all HR functions, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with labour laws. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote company values and employee experience

• Support performance management and employee relations

• Engage in labour relations and contract negotiations

• Implement workforce planning and retention strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field

• Over 5 years of HR management experience

• Preferred experience in construction or unionized settings

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
