Position: Human Resources Manager at Bayshore HealthCare
Take charge of HR functions with Bayshore Health Care as Human Resources Manager for the Home Care branch. Lead recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance activities while enhancing the employee experience.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all HR activities within the Home Care branch. This senior position requires expertise in full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and employee benefits management. You'll coordinate activities to boost employee engagement while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer hiring and selection of field employees

• Conduct performance reviews and maintain employee files

• Deliver HR orientation including health and safety

• Manage employee benefits program and inquiries

• Lead the health and safety committee for the branch

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources

• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Bilingualism in English and French for Quebec locations
