In the Coordinator role, you will support the national Mentorship program's daily administration under the Executive Lead for Mentorship and Talent Development. Responsibilities include recruiting experienced mentors, facilitating matching meetings, and enhancing participant resources. You will oversee data management and reporting while ensuring that relationships develop meaningfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the intake process and mentor matching sessions
• Support the promotion of Come to Work’s mentorship program
• Lead orientations for mentors and mentees
• Manage the onboarding of volunteer mentors
• Administer Salesforce workflows for accurate tracking
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in mentorship or program coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with accessibility in mentorship
• Adaptability to work independently and collaboratively
