Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver leadership development programs

• Partner with leaders to pinpoint skill gaps

• Implement performance management frameworks

• Contribute to talent management and succession planning

• Lead action planning based on engagement survey results

Requirements:

• 5+ years in leadership development and talent management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Share Point

• Expertise in training design and delivery

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Highly organized with a focus on continuous improvement
