Empower the next generation of talent as an Early Career Program Manager with TYLin. Drive recruitment strategies and develop student engagement initiatives across North America in a hybrid working environment.
As an Early Career Program Manager, you will report to the Associate Vice President of Talent Attraction.
Your role focuses on the strategic development of talent pipelines across Global Infrastructure, enhancing campus engagement and recruitment programs. Collaborating with business leaders and Human Resources, you'll ensure alignment with workforce needs and strategic company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to attract ECP talent
• Improve campus programs and engagement strategies for recruitment
• Build partnerships with universities to foster sustainable talent pipelines
• Design dashboards to measure program metrics and support goals
• Develop Early Career Development Programs for new hires
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in Campus Recruiting and Programs
• Strong understanding of workforce planning and employer branding
• Proficient in key tools like ATS and Learning Management Systems
• Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives with measurable impact
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and ethical standards
