Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate full-cycle recruitment from entry-level to director roles
• Partner with hiring managers to influence recruitment decisions
• Source candidates proactively to cultivate strong talent pipelines
• Manage recruitment tasks ensuring compliance with HR policies
• Enhance recruitment processes and outcomes across the organization
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in full-cycle recruitment
• Experience with 20-40 requisitions simultaneously
• Proven sourcing expertise for niche roles
• Background in healthcare or related sectors is advantageous
• Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
