This full-time position reports to the Human Resources Manager and involves providing expert consultation to management and hourly Team Members. You'll engage in resolving labor relations issues, conducting investigations, and enhancing employee morale through various initiatives. Your collaborative efforts will align with both brand standards and strategic HR goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise management on Employee & Labour Relations matters
• Conduct sensitive investigations into Team Member issues
• Plan and execute engaging Team Member events
• Administer exit interview processes consistently
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
• 2+ years of Employee Relations experience required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented with a focus on results
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
