The OCSB is actively seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant with a focus on Human Resources management. Applicants should have five years of administrative experience and proficiency with Google Suite. Key responsibilities include organizing HR documentation, scheduling events, and assisting with financial reports related to departmental budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate first contacts for HR department inquiries
• Prepare and manage confidential HR documents
• Organize and maintain the calendar and scheduling
• Assist with job evaluation and compliance
• Contribute to departmental meetings and event planning
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related area
• 5 years of relevant administrative experience
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite applications
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Proven ability to foster relationships with stakeholders
Support HR operations and play a vital role in the success of OCSB's Human Resources initiatives.
