In this hybrid position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting critical talent development initiatives r main responsibilities will include conducting talent reviews, developing succession pipelines, and optimizing Workday functionalities for succession planning. Collaborate with HR partners and organizational leaders to assess talent risks and facilitate meaningful development planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of the Succession Management Framework
• Conduct talent reviews with senior leaders
• Plan and coordinate training and development workshops
• Optimize Workday functionalities for succession planning
• Assess talent readiness and support development planning
Requirements:
• College diploma or certificate in HR or related field
• Significant experience in human resources
• Bilingual in English and French
• Familiarity with HR systems and analytics
• Strong project management skills
