Elevate organizational capabilities as a Learning and Development Advisor with NAV CANADA. This hybrid role requires you to design and evaluate programs that boost workforce effectiveness.
In this 2-year term position, you will provide critical support in learning, talent, and organizational development solutions. Collaborating with leadership, you will conduct needs analyses and facilitate training initiatives to enhance NAV CANADA’s performance management programs. Your influence will help foster a culture of continuous learning while contributing to the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs analysis and create aligned learning plans
• Facilitate selected training and organizational initiatives
• Coordinate corporate learning logistics and participant tracking
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes of development programs
• Research trends in adult education for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Minimum 3 years in human resources or project coordination
• Experience in budget administration and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
