Your responsibilities will also include maintaining HR records and supporting recruitment for student roles as well as contributing to various HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare employment agreements and onboarding documents

• Manage candidate background checks and documentation

• Keep BambooHR records accurate and updated

• Support student program recruiting efforts

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or relevant field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications

• Motivated, detail-oriented with a learning mindset

• Genuine passion for enhancing candidate and employee experience
