In your role as Program Manager, you will report directly to the Associate Vice President, Talent Attraction. Your mission is to manage the deployment of existing talent programs, enhancing engagement with universities across North America. Collaborating with various teams, you’ll refine strategic frameworks for assessing and fulfilling future workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with business leaders to inspire Early Career Professionals
• Refine campus programs and enhance recruitment strategies
• Cultivate relationships with educational institutions for talent sourcing
• Integrate ECP initiatives with broader workforce planning
• Implement metrics to evaluate program success
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Campus Recruiting with a strategic focus
• Deep understanding of early career professional needs
• Strong business acumen with communication skills
• Experience in a matrix organization and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian markets
