Join CDS as a bilingual HR Specialist, overseeing critical human resources functions and supporting our diverse associate programs. Ensure all records are meticulously updated and compliant with regulations.

As an HR Specialist, your role will involve managing projects related to associate information such as compensation, benefits, and performance reviews. You'll function as a key support resource for business units and leadership, handling inquiries from various sources. The position calls for a detail-oriented professional with at least three years of HR experience and strong communication skills in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support various HR associate programs to enhance effectiveness

• Address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders

• Provide necessary administrative support to HR functions

• Maintain accurate personnel files in compliance standards

Requirements:

• Fluent in both French and English (preferred)

• Minimum of three years’ HR departmental experience

• Relevant post-secondary education in human resources

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools
