Key Responsibilities:
• Own full-cycle recruiting across various functions and roles
• Lead hiring initiatives in international markets and adapt strategies
• Proactively source candidates using multiple channels
• Partner with hiring managers for role definition and evaluation
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience from outreach to offer
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in diverse markets
• Experience with tools like Workable, Ashby, or Greenhouse
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
• Deep understanding of hiring strategies and metrics
