Position: Package Consultant SuccessFactors Core HR

Pay Range: T4: C $75 | INC: C $90

We are seeking an experienced consultant to support a client engagement within the banking industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on expertise in SAP Success Factors Core HR modules, proven leadership experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and client teams. This is a part-time role requiring up to 20 hours per week.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Active Reliability Clearance (required).
  • Extensive experience with SAP Success Factors, specifically within Core HR modules.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, succession planning, career development, learning, and talent review processes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading project teams and managing client relationships.
  • Previous experience working with clients in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a part-time consulting capacity.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • SAP Success Factors certifications.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations and transformations.
  • Familiarity with HR digital transformation initiatives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support SAP Success Factors Core HR initiatives, including implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on Core HR processes and best practices.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Success Factors solutions.
  • Configure, test, and support Core HR modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Mentor and guide project team members while ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements within the banking environment.
