• Support recruitment across multiple business lines with a Talent Business Partner

• Facilitate phone screens and assist with interviews

• Source top talent using various recruitment platforms

• Coordinate and enhance the recruitment process

• Participate in HR operational initiatives and documentation

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR or recruitment

• Background in recruiting technical or professional talent

• Strong skills in organization and time management

• Genuine interest in HR systems and technology

• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
